Dr. Swick is a native of Florence, SC and received her undergraduate degree in Science Education from Clemson University. She graduated Summa cum Laude and with departmental honors. Following Clemson University, Dr. Swick studied at the Medical University of South Carolina gaining her Medical Degree with honors. She then continued at MUSC completing an Internal Medicine internship, Dermatology residency, and Dermatopathology Fellowship. Dr. Swick served as Chief Resident during her final year of residency.
She has published articles in several dermatologic journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and authored presentations at regional dermatology and dermatopathology meetings.
Her practice currently focuses on dermatopathology.
Dr. Swick enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, singing, Bible study, and being outdoors.
